Our techniques:

• Confection technology (textile processing)
  We process technical textiles into flexible cuffs and compensators, suitable for high temperatures, chemical stress and mechanical tension. We use heat-resistant glass cloth laminates, PTFE composites and silicone coatings.

• Cutting techniques & machines
  We have a modern machine park with CNC cutting machines, automatic knife and laser cutting machines for textiles, foil and rubber. With these we cut extremely precisely to size, even with complex geometries or small tolerances. Thanks to nesting software we minimize material loss.

• Welding & cutting of metal components
  With TIG and MIG welding equipment we weld metal flanges, frames and supports with high precision. In addition, we have metalworking capabilities such as sawing, shearing and CNC cutting.

• Vulcanizing & bonding
  For rubber sleeves and flexible connections, we apply high-quality adhesive and vulcanization techniques, guaranteeing strong adhesion and a long service life — even under harsh conditions.

• Thermal insulation
  For high temperature applications we offer solutions with integrated thermal insulation. Think of insulation covers, multi-layer constructions and air/gas tight finishes.

• Engineering & 3D design
  Our technical department uses CAD software to create customer-oriented designs and strength calculations. In this way, we do not just deliver a product, but a completely thought-out solution.

• Quality control & testing
  Each product undergoes a strict final inspection. We test for air tightness, dimensions and material integrity, among other things. On request, we provide product specifications, test reports and certifications.

With these techniques in-house, we are able to supply both single pieces and series — from standard solutions to technically complex custom products. We think along in design, supervise engineering and ensure flawless execution.
