JACOB connections

For applications where the sleeve needs to be frequently disconnected or replaced, we've developed Filcoflex quick-release sleeves. These sleeves are airtight, dustproof, and leak-proof. As flexible couplings, they ensure a secure connection in hygienic processes and are easy to clean. All these features extend the service life of the sleeves.
Quick coupling sleeves are available in three types of weld fittings:
1. Jacob coupling, KMH, NORO
2. S&W
3. Tri-Clamp
Filcoflex cuffs are quick and easy to install thanks to Quick-Connect or Tri-Clamp clamping rings.   • Cuff: flexible sleeve made of rubber, PU, ​​silicone or other material.

  • End flange or adapter: provided with a groove.

  • Snap ring: metal or plastic clamp ring that “clicks” into the groove in one movement, thus fixing the cuff.
