PU bellows
Weighing bellows serve to provide a flexible connection between dosing equipment, mixers, feeders or vessels on weigh/load cells to supply lines, discharge lines, packaging equipment or other forms of air or powder conveyance.

Polyurethane weighing bellows are available in standardized designs and many standard sizes are available.
Description
Often, “unclean” product-carrying weighing systems create frictional connections that affect the scale and falsify the weighing result.
Many other variants are far too stiff or even permeable; they certainly do not compensate for vibrations or external forces. Especially with substances that are hazardous to health, this leads to safety-relevant aspects that require urgent attention.
A Poly Urethane weighing bellows eliminates these weak spots.
Its many advantages with regard to permanent elasticity, resistance to aging, suitability for use with foodstuffs, temperature resistance and highest flexibility make it an essential component of weighing technology. In addition, it is a popular choice as vibration decoupling for dosing channels and as a connecting element between system components.
These can be custom produced in various shapes, such as a classic round bellows, a conical shape or an asymmetrically conical shape, depending on customer requirements.
