Goede luchtfiltering is onmisbaar in uiteenlopende sectoren. Schone lucht speelt een zeer belangrijke rol in ons leven en de invloed op lange duur van een ongezonde omgeving wordt meer en meer onderzocht. De gevolgen van fijnstof worden bijvoorbeeld steeds inzichtelijker. Om de lucht schoner te maken, wordt luchtfiltering in alle soorten en maten toegepast. Dankzij nieuwe normeringen is het steeds beter mogelijk om per situatie het juiste filtermateriaal te kiezen.

Due to increasing insight into the importance of a clean working environment, air filtration is playing an increasingly important role in the production process.
Because the requirements for clean air are becoming stricter and more and more people have health problems as a result of particulate matter, the demands on air filters for mechanical ventilation and air treatment installations are increasing.
Opportunities
In addition to our range of products for air treatment and climate control, Euro Manchetten also supplies air filters in many shapes and sizes and in any desired filter class.
Because quality and customer-oriented thinking are paramount at Euro Manchetten, we also sell filters that meet the applicable quality requirements.
Filter cloths
Synthetic filter cloth is often used as pre-filter in all kinds of air treatment systems. The filter cloth is available in several versions in terms of filter efficiency and thickness. We supply two different types of filter cloth:
- Synthetic filter cloth (by the roll or cut to size)
- PPI filter material
The latter is a black, foamed filter medium that can be cleaned somewhat. The filter classes run from G1 to M6, depending on the type of filter cloth.
Certification
Because many loading bellows are used in the food, feed or pharmaceutical industry, the loading bellows must meet the highest food safety requirements according to FDA and ECC guidelines. To meet these standards, all our material is specially developed and extensively tested by recognized institutes.
Migration test reports can be provided on request. Pressure and explosion tests can be carried out on each loading bellows. Because we have our own testing facilities and experts in the field of quality management, we can guarantee the highest quality.
Traceability
In order to be able to assume full responsibility in the supply chain, we have a traceability programme for our materials. This allows us to guarantee that all materials have been extensively tested and comply with the quality marks.
Certificering op het gebied van luchtfiltering
De norm ISO 16890 is speciaal opgezet als richtlijn voor luchtfilters. Het bestaat uit vier filterklassen:
- PM1
- 5
- PM10
- Coarse
Hierin worden de deeltjesgrootte bepaalt, welke afgevangen wordt door het filtermateriaal. PM1 is hier de hoogste filtratie van lucht met verontreinigingen groter dan 1 Mµ.
Verschillende filtertechnieken voor uiteenlopende toepassingen
Euro Manchetten & Compensatoren biedt verschillende soorten luchtfiltering aan voor uiteenlopende toepassingen, die volgens de richtlijnen samengesteld kunnen worden. U heeft onder andere de keuze uit filterzakken, -matten en paneelfilters. Ook kunnen we naast luchtfiltering andere vormen van filtratie verzorgen. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan stoffiltratie, maar zeker ook aan vloeistoffiltratie.
