Cloth flanges: Cuffs with cloth flanges are made in many different materials. For assembly metal counter-flanges or metal strips must be used. These parts can be supplied on request. A connection with cloth flanges can be made airtight by using gaskets, thus meeting the highest airtightness requirements.
Aluminium flanges LBH: Seals with aluminium flanges are supplied with standard profile flanges in several widths. The 30mm channel profile flange is the most commonly used in air conditioning applications. The sleeves are connected to this with the plastic corners with pre-drilled bolt holes. The profile lends itself to fixing the collar with C-clamps or sliding profiles.
Aluminium flanges for other connections: Full aluminium flanged couplings are particularly suitable for large dimensions and more industrial applications. Widths of 30 and 40mm provide a stable joint which is mainly used on fans and large duct systems. Suitable for high pressures and heavy chemical and thermal loads they are especially suitable for use in industrial environments.
Cuffs with steel galvanised profile flanges: Steel galvanised duct profile flanges are available in two different widths. The widths 20 and 30mm correspond to the standard duct profile and can be fixed by means of the corner pieces with bolt holes and by means of C-clamps or push-on strips. The sleeves are suitable for a tightness class of LUKA C and fire classes DIN 4102-B1 and B2, in addition a version for fire class DIN 4102-A1 is available.
Cuffs with integrated clip-on straps: The integrated clamping bands in the cuff allow the cuffs to be fitted quickly and easily to duct connections. The clamps have a very large clamping range so they will always fit. The cuffs are available in all sizes and in many different materials.
Cuffs with sealing profiles: By applying a sealing profile on both sides, the air-tightness of the cuffs is greatly improved. The cuffs can be assembled airtight by using the optional clamping bands.
Clamps 9mm: Suitable for mounting in air conditioning systems and with a very large clamping range, these clamps are available in a steel galvanised and a stainless steel version.
Special Execution
The flexible connections of Euro Manchetten are also available in special versions. These special versions are usually intended for specific applications. For this reason, these flexible connections are always custom-made by us on the basis of the information that we receive from the customer.
These special versions can be resistant to specific chemicals and extreme temperatures, among other things. For example, connecting sleeves for vehicles such as crash tenders, fire trucks, horse transport or wall bushings for air pipes through walls, floors and ceilings.
The number of possibilities in the field of flexible connections is enormous. And these deviating sizes and shapes can also be supplied quickly.
Materials
The materials that we at Euro Manchetten use for our flexible connections are very diverse. From simple cotton and leather to high-quality fabrics such as nylon, polyester and aramid. The plastic coatings used in these materials (including PE, PVC, polyurethane (PU) and almost all types of rubber) make them suitable for a wide range of operating conditions.
