Internal sales representative

You look for opportunities in the market and respond proactively. You advise the customer, translate requests into quotes and follow up on these.

In the function of internal service employee, you are co-responsible for the implementation of the sales policy after an induction period. You look for opportunities in the market and respond to them proactively. You advise the customer, translate requests into quotations and take care of the follow-up. In addition, you resolve claims and complaints adequately in consultation with sales. You take care of customer actions and call them back. You also take care of the associated administrative work and maintain the CRM system.

 

Job requirements

For the position of internal service employee we expect:

    • MBO+/HBO work and thinking level (commercial and technical). Technical insight is a must
    • Knowledge of Excel and possibly ERP systems
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English, German is an advantage
    • Several years of experience in a similar position in a production environment is an advantage
    • Good contact and communication skills
    • A business-like attitude and a hands-on, no-nonsense mentality
    • A commercial, results- and customer-oriented attitude
    • Collegial, flexible, stress-resistant and a problem-solving ability

Type of employment: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From € 2.350,00 per month

Expected number of hours: 24 a week

    • Providing product and sales information
    • Evaluate, enter and manage orders
    • Providing information to customers regarding order status
    • Drawing up, following up, managing and archiving quotations
    • Identifying, qualifying and nurturing prospects
    • Expanding your network
    • Maintain customer data in the CRM relationship file
    • Telephone sales, both active and passive
    • After sales
    • Making suggestions for improvement
