In the function of internal service employee, you are co-responsible for the implementation of the sales policy after an induction period. You look for opportunities in the market and respond to them proactively. You advise the customer, translate requests into quotations and take care of the follow-up. In addition, you resolve claims and complaints adequately in consultation with sales. You take care of customer actions and call them back. You also take care of the associated administrative work and maintain the CRM system.
Job requirements
For the position of internal service employee we expect:

- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level (commercial and technical). Technical insight is a must
- Knowledge of Excel and possibly ERP systems
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, German is an advantage
- Several years of experience in a similar position in a production environment is an advantage
- Good contact and communication skills
- A business-like attitude and a hands-on, no-nonsense mentality
- A commercial, results- and customer-oriented attitude
